This well renowned Training Company is looking to recruit an Internal Quality Assurer for Health and Social Care to assist the successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand in business.

The role….
1) Lead and develop a team of Assessors, ensuring a positive learning experience for all learners and the achievement of KPIs
2) Enhance the quality of delivery across all learning programs, focusing on continuous improvement
3) Manage sampling and verification activities to support the progression and success of learners.

1) Strong experience gained as an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) ESSENTIAL
