Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, shifts between 8am-6pm)

Join our friendly and collaborative PFI Contract Administration Team as a Contract Support Advisor where you'll provide crucial coordination between our operational teams and clients. This rewarding role allows you to develop strong relationships while ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.
What will you be responsible for?As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the PFI Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Your day to day will include:
-Communicating with clients and colleagues to manage service requests through our CAFAM system
-Raising, allocating and completing work orders for reactive maintenance and scheduled tasks
-Coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion
-Preparing essential reports and maintaining accurate records
-Supporting the Contract Manager with administrative tasks and providing cover for other regions when needed
