Location: Liverpool (L37) |Mainstream Primary | Full-Time| Salary: £500-£560

So you’ve got the degree. The knowledge. The potential.

But you want something meaningful.

Something that builds your future — not just your bank balance.

Welcome to your first real step into education.

This Isn’t “Just” a TA Role

This is your chance to:

• Gain hands-on classroom experience
• Work alongside experienced teachers
• Support children academically and emotionally
• Build a strong foundation for teacher training or educational psychology
• Make a visible difference every single day

We’re partnering with a welcoming primary school in Liverpool who are looking for ambitious, thoughtful graduates ready to step into the classroom and grow.

Why We Want Your Degree

• Psychology graduates – your understanding of behaviour, cognition and emotional regulation is gold in a primary setting.
• Education graduates – you already know the theory. Now it’s time to live it.
• Core subject graduates (English, Maths, Science) – you’ll be helping raise attainment, running interventions and supporting children who need that extra boost.

Your subject knowledge matters here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2
• Delivering small group booster sessions
• Providing 1:1 support where needed
• Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Building positive relationships that help children thrive

Some days will be busy. Some challenging. All of them worthwhile.

Perfect For Graduates Who:

Are considering teacher training in the future

• Want experience before applying for a PGCE
• Are thinking about Educational Psychology
• Have tutoring, mentoring or youth work experience
• Want a career with purpose

No previous school experience? That’s okay — confidence, commitment and the right attitude matter just as much.

Why Liverpool?

Vibrant. Community-driven. Full of character.

The school we work with is diverse, welcoming and passionate about developing future educators. You won’t just be another graduate — you’ll be supported, mentored and encouraged to progress.

What Makes This Role Different?

This isn’t a “stand at the back and observe” position.

You’ll be:

• Trusted with responsibility
• Given real classroom exposure
• Developing skills that PGCE providers love
• Building a CV that stands out

We see graduates as future teachers — not spare hands.

Ready to Step In?
