Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant - Join a Multi-Disciplinary Founding Team

Location: Chaldon (Near Caterham/Whyteleafe) Focus: Autism, Social Communication & Emotional Regulation

Are you ready to move away from general support and into a specialised, clinical environment? We are looking for experienced practitioners to join our founding staff at a state-of-the-art Secondary SEN School.

The Role: Beyond the Classroom

As a Specialist TA here, you aren't just an extra pair of hands. You are the vital link between education and therapy. You will:

• Execute Clinical Strategies: Work with therapists to implement trauma-informed and sensory-based interventions.

• Manage Complexity: Use your deep experience to navigate challenging behaviours with empathy and data-driven precision.

• Drive Independence: Help students aged 11-16 develop the life skills they need for adulthood.
