Teacher of Politics
Scale: T1 T9
Permanent
Required from September 2026
As part of an ambitious and innovative strategic plan to grow the course offer and opportunities for students, we are seeking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Politics who can also support another subject.
Based on the feedback of current and prospective students and informed by our current applications and marketing we have significant interest to offer this brand-new course to Year 12 students from September 2026.
As a result, we are excited to find the right candidate who can take ownership of creating and delivering the A-level programme over the next two years in the first instance, delivering strong outcomes by 2028, whilst working to promote and recruit new students to the course. We are also looking at launching a new Law course so there may be an opportunity to support in this area.
The ability to teach another subject would be an advantage but is not essential.
