Crynodeb
To receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional, in a courteous, efficient, and effective way. Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. Act as a Care Navigator, signposting patients to appropriate NHS services or appropriate Health Professional to meet their needs. In addition, the post holder will also support the multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the organisation.
