You will also assist with the deployment and setup of new equipment, including imaging and configuration to support the continuous refresh and improvement of IT resources. In addition, you will maintain accurate and detailed records of all work carried out using the Trust's service desk platform and under the guidance of senior engineers, they will support elements of the network and server infrastructure, such as switches, access points and server rooms.
