We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Digital Experience Specialist to enhance the digital journey of users across our corporate dining platforms within a leading global technology client.
This role sits at the intersection of data, user experience, and operational delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring our dining app ecosystem is accurate, engaging, and insight-led — supporting data management, UX optimisation, and digital adoption across Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date food and menu data within the dining app platform
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and UX best practices
- Audit and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with technical teams
User Experience Optimisation
- Analyse user interaction data to identify opportunities to enhance the digital journey
- Partner with UX and technical teams to refine app interfaces and workflows
- Support user testing initiatives and implement improvements based on feedback
Reporting & Insights
- Develop and manage performance reporting within digital dashboards (e.g., Dynamify)
- Produce regular reports highlighting engagement metrics, trends, and actionable insights
- Present findings to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with culinary, marketing, operations, and technical SMEs across UK & Ireland
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the rollout of digital initiatives and innovation projects
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of the digital dining footprint across the client portfolio
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on emerging digital and UX trends
- Champion digital adoption across sites
- Promote a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous development
About You
Essential:
- Experience in data management or digital content administration
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to input and audit data accurately
- Experience analysing data and translating it into clear insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Experience in UX design, particularly within mobile applications
- Experience within food service, hospitality, or corporate services environments
- Familiarity with digital dashboards or BI/reporting tools
- Exposure to digital project coordination or delivery
