Construction Site Administrator

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Duration: 3-Year Project
Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday
Employer: Vinci Construction

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Administrator to join a major long-term project in LIverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading contractors on a flagship 3-year construction project, offering stability and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site management team
• Managing site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and inductions
• Coordinating site diaries, meetings, and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records for workforce, deliveries, and plant
• Assisting with health & safety paperwork and compliance
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office teams
• General office duties to ensure the smooth running of the site office

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a construction site administration role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
• Knowledge of construction processes and H&S procedures (desirable

Site working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm with weekends available.
