General Supply Teacher – Full-time, temp-to-perm role starting February 2026 with no planning or marking

Duties as General Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects using provided plans
• Teach full classes with no marking or planning required
• Maintain positive behaviour and consistent routines
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different year groups
• Support pupils’ learning through clear explanations and positive reinforcement
• Work collaboratively with staff across various school settings
• Follow safeguarding procedures and ensure pupil welfare

Ideal General Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience across primary or secondary phases
• Confident delivering lessons in a range of subjects
• Strong behaviour management and classroom control
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive
• Able to build quick rapport with pupils and staff
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil well‑being
