Your Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and helpful support.
- Handling enquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Working with the team to create a positive customer experience at every stage
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Ordering materials and equipment to keep projects on track
- Logging jobs, uploading documents, and keeping systems updated
- Responding to queries and scheduling contractors
- Raising purchase orders accurately
- Preparing clear and concise reports
- Coordinating contractor bookings
- Completing administrative tasks within agreed timelinesTraining to be Provided
The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 3 in Business Administration
