Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise planning officers and clients on major planning applications and redevelopment projects.
- Provide specialist advice on compulsory purchase orders and appropriation matters.
- Attend planning committees and licensing hearings, offering clear and strategic legal guidance.
- Support senior leadership with complex and high-value planning or property cases.
- Advise on legal risk management and compliance in relation to planning and property law.
- Represent clients in proceedings, public inquiries, appeals, and judicial reviews before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Tribunals.
