We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven in-house sales representative to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with new clients and continuing to build on existing relationships, whilst also identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a professional environment, engaging with diverse clients across various different healthcare focussed business from NHS trusts to private clinics and private customers.
The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Duties
High volume outbound calls to existing and new customers
Seeking new business opportunities within healthcare
Happy to help out with other areas of the business when required
Dealing with existing customer enquiries in a professional and friendly way.
Working towards the growth of the business as it enters an exciting new chapter.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, with strong negotiation capabilities
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Self motivated and energetic
Strong IT skills including MS Office ad Sage
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Able to maintain accurate records and deliver KPI's and targets.
Healthcare experience would be advantageous but not necessary.
