Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Adapting to different school environments and teaching styles.
- Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Following lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or creating your own when necessary.
- Assessing and providing feedback on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching or working with children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Sufficient knowledge and understanding of safeguarding concepts, especially with children. Safeguarding training may be provided if required.
- Should possess a valid enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to get one processed by the organisation.
- Applicant must have right to work in the UK.
