We are looking to appoint a Pathway Coordinator within the Integrated Medicine department at Ealing Hospital. The successful candidate will work within the Rheumatology/Renal team. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team. The role involves providing secretarial and administrative support to the clinical team, with a primary focus on enhancing the patient experience within the service. Key responsibilities include patient pathway tracking and validation to meet RTT standards. The Pathway Coordinator will work closely with the service team and will receive the necessary support and training to excel in this role.
Main responsibilities
· To be responsible for providing administrative support to Clinical Teams
· To ensure that every patient pathway is tracked to be diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, ensuring this is achieved within relevant RTT standards.
· Maintain an up-to-date record of patient tracking and escalations must be kept on the Trust database.
· To support the Service Management team to ensure all administrative process are delivered including data and evidence collection for relevant national audits.
