We are looking for Secure Examination Support Administrators to join the team and play a key part in ensuring the smooth processing of examination-related documentation. The RoleYou will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to help maintain accurate, compliant, and secure records. This role requires a methodical approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Duties-
Process forms in line with quality standards and legal requirements, communicating outcomes clearly in writing.

Accurately record information on internal databases, including uploading documentation and identifying gaps or errors.

Produce clear and accurate documentation in line with established guidance.

Respond to enquiries by telephone, email, and letter within agreed timeframes.

Provide administrative support to other teams when required.

Strong IT literacy with confidence using databases and Microsoft Office.

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Good organisational and prioritisation skills.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Reliable and proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or handling sensitive information is desirable but not essential.

Salary of £27,740.

Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

Hybrid working based in Newport.
