Ready to step into a role where your technical skills actually get used, stretched, and appreciated? A leading Managed Service Provider is expanding its dynamic support team and is on the hunt for a driven, talented, and hands-on 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities of the 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer:

You’ll be the go-to expert for a wide range of external clients, delivering exceptional support across varied IT environments. Every day brings something new, and you’ll be right at the heart of it:

• Proactive monitoring of IT systems
• Helpdesk and incident management
• Remote and onsite technical support
• Configuring users, PCs, and servers
• Router/Firewall setup, configuration & troubleshooting
• Performing key system checks, including backups and AV monitoring/reporting

Tech You’ll Be Working With:

We're looking for breadth, depth, and confidence across core Windows and cloud technologies. Your background should include solid hands-on experience with:

• Active Directory (Windows Server 2016+)
• PowerShell scripting
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft Office 365
• Remote Desktop Services
• Windows 11
• Networking & TCP/IP
• Backup applications & monitoring tools

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years experience in IT support (2nd/3rd Line)
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• The ability to stay calm, organised and effective under pressure
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
• A full UK driving licence
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Working Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
• This is an office-based role — no hybrid working.
