The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and hands on Multi Service Manager to oversee operations across several service lines, including Industrial Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance.
This is a varied, fast paced role where you’ll lead teams, plan schedules, manage clients, and ensure that work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage industrial, window and grounds maintenance work schedules.
• Lead, develop and motivate multi disciplinary teams.
• Carry out site visits, inspections and ensure all RAMS and compliance requirements are met.
• Manage performance, holidays, absences and staff issues when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries professionally.
• Allocate tasks based on site surveys, cleaning methods and operational requirements.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery across all allocated sites.
• Identify improvements, efficiencies and opportunities to expand services.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in managing cleaning, industrial services or multi site FM operations.
• Highly organised with strong planning and time management skills.
• Able to lead and motivate staff at all levels.
• Confident communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast moving environment where no two days are the same.
• Positive, proactive and service focused.
• Full UK driving licence required.
