Crynodeb
Deliver advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment within the outpatient service. Provide expert patient centred care to improve access to Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (APP) pathways and reduce waiting times. Act as a role model for advanced physiotherapy practice across the MSK department. Support the Consultant Physiotherapists vision of developing community based rehabilitation groups and shifting physiotherapy delivery closer to home. Lead and contribute to audits, quality improvement, and service development initiatives. Provide mentorship, supervision, and structured training to junior staff and students. Uphold professional standards (HCPC, CSP, NHS) and maintain a strong CPD portfolio. Contribute to departmental meetings and service wide initiatives.
