Summary
We are seeking a Team Leader to join a new two-bed EBD home, L11.
This role involves leading shifts, supporting Residential Care Workers, and helping oversee the day-to-day running of the home while ensuring safeguarding and Ofsted standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead shifts and support staff on duty
• Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children
• Support care planning and daily routines
• Ensure compliance with policies and Ofsted regulations
• Act as a positive role model within the home
Requirements:
• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (essential)
• Experience in children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support
• Confidence in leading a team
Salary: £15 per hour | £60 per sleep
Hours: 162.5 hours per month including sleeps
Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off
