We are opening a brand-new residential children's home in Liverpool (L11) and are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Residential Childcare Workers to join our founding team.
You will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children and young people. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help promote positive outcomes and support each young person in reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people

Build positive, professional relationships based on trust and respect

Support young people with daily routines, education, and appointments

Promote independence, life skills, and positive behaviour

Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning

Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals

Participate in sleep-in duties (paid at £60 per sleep)

Passion for working with children and young people

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexible approach to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

Previous residential childcare experience desirable (but not essential for the right candidate)

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)

Full UK driving licence (desirable)
