Crynodeb

Your Choice Your Future is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with disabilities. The role involves supporting customers to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.

Offer support on activities within the community,

Support individuals in accessing the community, education, or employment.

Promote independence, wellbeing, and personal development.

Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.

Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are met.

Requirements:

Caring and patient nature.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant care experience (preferred but not always essential).

Driving license is essential.

One weekend a month is required to be worked.

This role is not school hours or term time, however we do have a 2 week break over the Christmas period.

Willingness to complete training and enhanced DBS check.
