The Role – RVN Insurance Administrator
Working closely with the Practice Manager, you will manage all insured client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for insurance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:-
Process and submit veterinary insurance claims accurately and efficiently

Liaise directly with insurance companies to support timely claim resolution

Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients regarding claims
-
Monitor and manage insured debt tracking
-
Resolve claim queries and internal clarifications
-
Support the practice’s mission of “What’s best for the pet”
This role is ideal for an RVN who enjoys administrative responsibility while remaining integral to patient care and client experience.

Candidate Requirements

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered)
