A specialist SEMH secondary provision in Havant is seeking calm, resilient, and relationship-focused Behaviour Support Workers to join its dedicated team. The school supports young people who may have experienced disrupted education, trauma, anxiety, or challenges engaging with mainstream education, offering a structured and nurturing environment where pupils can rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning.

In this role, you will:
