Our client, a leading early years education provider in Lambeth, London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator to join their dynamic team. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences that support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children in the early years. Your role will involve creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, as well as a proven track record of implementing effective teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
In this role, you will be expected to work closely with the early years team to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to learning and development. This may involve collaborating on the planning and implementation of educational activities, as well as contributing to the ongoing assessment and monitoring of children's progress.
The salary for this position is £95 - £115 per day, which reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining the best early years professionals.
