Our client, a respected educational organisation, is seeking dedicated and experienced QTS Tutors to join their new dynamic team in Suffolk. This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of secondary students not currently in school. Work avalable in all suffolk areas including Ipswich, East Suffolk, Mid Suffolk, West Suffolk and Babergh.
As an integral part of our client's team, you will have the chance to work with a diverse group of students, tailoring your teaching approach to meet their unique learning requirements. Your creativity, patience, and expertise will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.
In return for your dedication and hard work, our client offers a competitive salary of £26 per hour paye or £30 per hour umbrella. Additionally, you will have access to free continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities, enabling you to expand your skill set, plus access to a modules, lessons and resources. You will also be provided with a laptop and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalised lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with other educational professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting studies
- Qualified Teaching Status
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs
