Summary
Contract Panel Beater – Accident & Repair Shop (Outside IR35)
We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy accident and repair workshop on a contract basis. This role is outside IR35 and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.
Location: Wellingborough, Northants
Hours: Monday to Friday, 50–60 hours per week
Rate: £20ltd per hour
Role Responsibilities:
- Repairing and restoring vehicles damaged in accidents to a high standard
- Stripping, straightening, and welding body panels
- Preparing vehicles for painting and finishing
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
- Following health & safety guidelines and workshop procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a panel beater in an accident repair environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Own tools preferred
