Looking for a hands-on role where attention to detail really matters?
We’re looking for a motivated Hatchery Operative to join our committed team and play a key role in keeping our hatchery running safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing:
• Carefully handling and processing poultry eggs and chicks to protect their health and wellbeing
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene across the facility
• Operating hatchery machinery and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Supporting daily hatchery operations as an essential part of the team
What we’re looking for:
• A reliable and punctual individual who’s comfortable with early starts
• The ability to work effectively in a warm, fast-paced environment
• A positive, hardworking team player with a strong work ethic
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
This is an ongoing, temporary role.
The role is Monday to Friday and shifts are 8 hours.
The hourly rate is £12.21 per hour. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
