Link3 Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected Multi-Academy Trust and several mainstream primary schools to recruit passionate and dedicated Early Years Teachers (EYFS).

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic practitioners who are committed to high-quality early years education and are driven to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives at the very start of their learning journey.

The Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging, child-centred learning experiences aligned with the EYFS Statutory Framework. You will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS Framework


  • Demonstrate a secure understanding of early childhood development


  • Deliver effective phonics teaching in line with the school’s chosen phonics scheme


  • Observe, assess, and track pupil progress to inform next steps


  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, both indoors and outdoors


  • Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues


  • Work collaboratively across EYFS teams and the wider school community


  • Promote children’s well-being, independence, and personal development


  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times


    The Ideal Candidate Will Have

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent


    • A strong and up-to-date understanding of the EYFS Framework


    • Experience and confidence in delivering systematic phonics


    • A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact


    • High expectations for all learners


    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills


    • A flexible and proactive approach to working across different school settings
