Job Title: Deputy Care Manager
Location: Dunfermline
Working Hours: Full-time, between 38.5-44 hours per week.
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour.
Job Description:
An established care provider is seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager for a large residential home dedicated to caring for the elderly. The home features a specialist dementia unit and is set within its own expansive grounds. It has received a rating of 4's from the Care Inspectorate and holds a strong local reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Care Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
- Ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered to residents, particularly those in the dementia unit.
- Lead and supervise a team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support in maintaining the home’s excellent Care Inspectorate rating.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ideally Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or significant experience as a Team Leader or Senior in a care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Working Hours: Full-time, between 38.5-44 hours per week.
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour.
