We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant & Bars Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bars Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Deep understanding of food and beverage trends and service excellence.
- Experience with budgeting, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Ability to multitask and can work under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Role:
- Oversee Restaurant & Bar operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
- Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Monitor and manage budgets, labour costs, and food & beverage margins
- Incentivise team members to meet departmental targets and objectives.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with health & safety
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
