You can be based everywhere in UK. The National Manager VinLogUK is a key role that acts as business partner working closely with Global Head VinLog & the organization to ensure smooth running of the business, being accountable for driving development, management and growth. You will actively engage with the UK Sea Logistics organization set up and contribute to business growth based on organization strengths and priorities. You will work across the Vinlog organization to ensure business goals are aligned to plans and organization’s success.
How you create impact
- Develop deep internal and external relationships to drive VinLog success. He/she is a strong influencer, orchestrator who evidences deep commitment to align resources and to create business impact.
- Help organization to transform and grow its structure, allocating resources, building solid organization & developing clear action plans that reflect short and long-term strategic milestones. Establishes joint priorities to identify growth opportunities, effective path to market with solutions and Go-To-Market activities, in order to deliver unique value proposition and achieve competitive advantage.
- Support organization to build solutions aligned with market opportunities and defines roadmap to evolve ensuring that new offers are taken to market in ways that show differentiation and are positioned for success.
- Contribute to the implementation/ definition, assignment & assessment of KPIs in the organization through regular reviews to monitor overall business trend and measurement of goals and business plan against transformation/development.
- Drive, together with the Global VinLog Team, continuous improvement of organization’s performance to maximize efforts, creating/ enhancing business synergies to increase profitability.
- Assist the organization in strategic workforce planning & allocation, assessing risk and its management, coordinating the various components, which contribute to the project as a whole ensuring quality & on time delivery.
