Operations Executive
Location: Winchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000-£27,000 DOE + Bonus
Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready for a role packed with variety? We're partnering with one of our clients based just outside Winchester, set in one of the area's beautiful villages. This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds, potentially three days in a collaborative office environment and two days working from home.
Please note: due to the location, access to your own transport is essential.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of day‑to‑day administrative tasks across multiple brands and keeping operations running smoothly
- Preparing and managing all group documentation
- Building strong relationships by liaising with clients and suppliers to gather essential information
- Managing travel arrangements including booking flights, arranging visas, and advising on baggage requirements
- Monitoring Operations inboxes and providing seamless support to the sales teams
- Assisting in the development and implementation of safe, ethical, and effective operational policies
The Person: What We're Looking For
- Essential: Proven experience in an operational administration role
- Essential: GDS experience (Amadeus)
- Essential: Strong customer service experience
- Essential: Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and Access
- Essential: Good geographical knowledge, with an understanding of airports, airlines, visas, and health requirements
- Ideally experience within the travel industry (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A strong team player who understands the importance of collaboration
- Confident and professional when communicating with clients
