Willand, EX15 (Tiverton area) | Full-Time, Temporary | £12.50 per hour

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a busy production team in Willand, Tiverton. This role involves assembling components and products to high standards while maintaining a safe and organised workspace.

The Role

  • Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.

  • Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.

  • Sort and prepare materials for onward processing.

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in assembly, metalwork, or factory processes preferred but not essential.

  • Confident working both indoors and outdoors.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • Monday - Friday day shift, 08:00 - 17:00.

  • Starting pay rate of £12.50 per hour.

  • Supportive team environment.

  • Full training provided where required.
