Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a key link between administrative teams and operational functions to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Providing coordination and support to field officers to meet operational requirements efficiently.
- Carrying out auditing and compliance checks to maintain high standards and accuracy.
- Processing and reviewing orders to ensure timely and correct fulfilment.
- Ensuring full adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and all required documentation.
- Following all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Business Management policies and procedures.
- Providing sampling cover as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong IT literacy, including confident use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong links across internal departments.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
- Adaptable and able to remain effective when priorities shift.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills for an Operational Coordinator
- Understanding of Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
- Previous operational and administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in sampling activities.
- Confidence working with external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of waste recycling processes, particularly relating to agricultural land.
- Agricultural or scientific background.
