Pinnacle Group are looking for a Housing Team Manager to join our Affordable Housing team, leading and developing our regional property management function to deliver a consistently high‑quality service for our residents. In this key role, you will support the Regional Head of Partnerships, drive operational performance, uphold compliance standards, and build strong, meaningful engagement with residents and stakeholders across multiple sites.

Our Affordable Housing team manages a nationwide portfolio of new and existing homes, including affordable and social rent, shared ownership, and supported housing. We deliver housing services on behalf of institutional investors, registered providers, and local authorities – combining commercial insight with a strong social purpose to support vibrant, inclusive communities.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced housing professional with a strong background in affordable housing and social housing management, bringing hands‑on experience of working within compliance‑focused, resident‑centred environments. They will have a proven track record in leading multi‑site teams, delivering KPIs, managing tenancy processes and ensuring consistent service standards. With excellent knowledge of housing legislation, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to high‑quality resident engagement, they will confidently guide property managers, drive performance improvements and champion an exceptional customer experience.

This is hybrid role with travel to all London Regions.
