Field Sales Executive

£35,000pa + bonus, NN14 2WD, Southern region - weekly Northamptonshire HO visit, 31 days holiday rising to 35 days with length of service, early finish Friday, Pension, Private Health Care, Permanent, Immediate Start

We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Field Sales Executive to take ownership of our clients Southern England territory, representing a premium range of product care solutions trusted by leading names in high-end fashion. Other travel throughout the UK & Ireland will be required as well as international travel on occasions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, relationship‑driven salesperson who thrives on autonomy, excels at nurturing accounts, and has the commercial instinct to open new doors in the luxury retail space.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:

  • Manage, develop, and maximise a portfolio of established high-end fashion retail accounts

  • Drive new business growth, identifying and converting opportunities with premium boutiques, department stores, and luxury retail groups

  • Promote and sell our market‑leading product care range, delivering compelling product presentations and training

  • Analyse sales performance, ensuring targets are achieved through strategic planning and territory management

  • Collaborate with the wider team, attending our Northamptonshire head office once per week for meetings, product updates, and planning sessions

About You

  • Proven field sales experience, ideally within fashion, accessories, footwear, or premium consumer goods

  • A strong track record in both account management and new business development

  • Confidence engaging with high-end retailers and understanding the expectations of the luxury market

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • A self‑motivated, organised approach with the ability to work independently across a large territory

You will be joining the Kettering Head Office of a company that has been established for 80 years and has an enviable reputation in their field. Working directly with the Sales Manager, this role offers variety daily. The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products, and they are keen to recruit a Field Sales Executive who strives to offer the same. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Sales Representative, Sales Consultant and Field Sales Coordinator, who has sold into high-end retailers.
