GMFRS Wholetime Firefighter - Readiness Assessment - Winter 2026 Recruitment Campaign
Are you passionate about making a positive impact? Are you currently ready to join our recruitment process?
Do You Have What It Takes?
The first step to be considered for our upcoming Winter 2026 campaign is to complete the Readiness Assessment. This assessment helps us identify individuals who are currently prepared to progress toward a career as a Firefighter.
This readiness assessment will close at 9am on Monday 16th February .Once the deadline has passed, we will review all submissions and communicate the next steps. We kindly ask that you do not contact the team for updates during this time. All applicants will receive an update by Wednesday 18th February.
You must be available for one face-to-face session per stage of the recruitment process. All dates are fixed. If you are unable to commit to at least one session per stage, we kindly ask that you do not complete the Readiness Assessment and instead consider applying in a future campaign.
