F&B Central Support Assistant - £12,800 per annum (£25,600 FTE)

Hybrid role with both office and homeworking

Reporting to the Systems Specialist and working as part of a small, friendly team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and supporting our core operational systems. These include:

  • Oracle EPOS
  • QikServe Order & Pay App
  • F&B Saffron Catering Management System
  • Health & Wellbeing internet portals

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining the system administration of the EPOS till system and the Order & Pay application for UK and Ireland
  • Maintaining the system administration of food and beverage product supply across the UK and Ireland.
  • Working closely with suppliers, village teams, and Head Office to ensure compliance with allergen and calorific legislation.
  • Supporting village F&B teams to maintain high operational standards and deliver a fantastic guest experience.
  • Partnering with the Menu Innovation team to support menu development - configure EPOS and O&P for new menus, ensuring accurate menu descriptions including allergen and calorific data, product supply and reporting.
  • Maintaining data integrity through daily tasks such as:
  • Processing and verifying food and beverage product details for allergens and dietary suitability
  • EDI catalogue updates
  • Supplier contract maintenance
  • User permissions
  • First-line system support

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys problem‑solving and working collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
  • Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with suppliers and internal teams
  • Experience with operational systems, F&B, or system administration (beneficial but not essential — training provided)

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 75 hours per 4-week period (18.75 hours per week). Normal working hours are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Exact working hours will be agreed with the successful candidate.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days homeworking.
