You will be expected to actively participate as a member of the UHS Haematology team, with a specific focus on myeloma and general & liaison haematology. Job responsibilities will include: Management of patients with myeloma and related disorders in the inpatient, day case and outpatient setting including those undergoing autologous stem cell transplant Active involvement in the recruitment and management of myeloma patients within clinical trials Triage and outpatient management of general haematology patients Inpatient attending on a 1:3.5 basis covering combined haematology including inpatient management of myeloma, myeloid and non-malignant haematology cases with support from subspecialty colleagues. Participating in a 1 in 7 'combined haematology' on call rota Oversee the development and delivery of liaison, referral and diagnostic pathways both for primary care and the wider hospital.
