Fawkes and Reece are delighted to be working with a reputable building contractor in Brighton who are now looking to expand their team and bring on an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to assist with a busy pipeline of projects. The company specialises in a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Build and Refurbishment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified graduate to gain hands-on experience across multiple live projects including a flagship £10m project in Horley, commencing this quarter. You will work alongside senior commercial and project teams in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:
- Assisting with the commercial management of several projects across different sectors
- Supporting cost control, variations, valuations and final accounts
- Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Gaining exposure to procurement and contract administration
We are keen to speak to candidates who are recent graduates, with 1 - 3 years worth of working experience who are living in or around the Brighton area. We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn within a main contractor background.
Must hold a full UK driving licence.
