Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a busy and diverse caseload of litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and court documents
- Conducting legal research and providing high‑quality advice
- Preparing cases for hearings, trials, and mediations
- Representing clients at court, tribunals, or alternative dispute resolution
- Engaging in settlement negotiations
- Maintaining excellent client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
