We are recruiting a Part Time Commercial Assistant to join our client, based in Alderley Edge.

You will be supporting the CEO, who is responsible for the company's Business Development. He's great at what he does, but organisation is not his strong point - that's where you come in!

This is a brand-new position and is a genuine opportunity to work at a high level and make a real impact on the business.

What will you be doing as the Commercial Assistant?

• Being the first point of contact for new enquiries and taking the details before passing them on.
• Conducting research on LinkedIN and Creditsafe.
• Researching attendees in advance of events to let the CEO know who he should speak to.
• Taking ownership of keeping the CRM system up to date.
• Booking and sitting in on demos, helping to keep them running smoothly.
• Assisting the CEO in preparing for meetings including pulling together presentations.
• Setting up email templates.

What do you need in order to be considered for the Commercial Assistant role?

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in either an account management role or as an assistant within a sales environment.
• Experience of using a CRM system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to write professional emails.
