Crynodeb
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join Guarding24Seven Services Ltd and help elevate our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others) to promote our professional security services and engage with our diverse audience of business owners, property managers, event organisers, and the wider community.
Main duties include:
• Develop and deliver PR and social media strategies to promote Guarding24Seven’s security services, brand values, and commitment to quality and value.
• Create professional and engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos, and other multimedia) highlighting our services, team, and safety-focused messaging.
• Schedule and publish posts, monitor platforms daily, respond to comments/messages, and manage enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns to support client acquisition and service promotion, driving enquiries through our website and contact channels (phone/email/enquiry forms).
• Support PR and communications efforts by proactively engaging with stakeholders and the community, attending relevant events and campaigns/webinars, responding to feedback, and strengthening Guarding24Seven’s online reputation.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in Social Media management or a similar field.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ad management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
