We are seeking a high-caliber HR Business Partner to join one of the UK's leading education charities. Based in our vibrant East Croydon head office, you will be part of a pioneering central team that provides expertise to over 50 sites and 5,000 staff members. This isn't just an HR role; it's an opportunity to drive social mobility and close the educational gap for young people across London and Essex.

The Role

As a trusted HR partner, you will deliver both operational excellence and strategic support. You will:

  • Manage complex and high-volume employee relations casework, including disciplinaries and grievances.

  • Lead on organizational change, including restructures and TUPE transfers.

  • Coach and mentor senior leaders to strengthen people management capability.

  • Analyse workforce data to inform initiatives regarding retention and staff engagement.

  • Design and deliver bespoke HR training to build leadership excellence.

Your Profile
  • Qualified: CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experienced: Significant experience at an HRBP or Senior Advisory level within a complex organization.

  • Expert: Deep knowledge of employment law and experience managing change management projects.

  • Analytical: Ability to translate workforce data into practical improvement plans.
