About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Senior Carer with strong care coordination and IT skills to join our dedicated team. This role combines hands-on care delivery with administrative and organisational responsibilities, supporting both our clients and care team to ensure the highest standard of service.
As a Senior Carer / Care Coordinator, you will be a key member of our leadership team—assisting in day-to-day operations, supervising care staff, liaising with clients and families, and ensuring care plans are properly managed and updated.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal and emotional care to clients in line with individual care plans.
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating care visits.
Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records using electronic care management systems.
Support with staff induction, training, and performance monitoring.
Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and team members.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and promote a positive, caring working environment.
Requirements
Female applicants only (due to the personal care needs of clients).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a care or senior care role.
Strong IT skills and confidence using digital care systems or scheduling software.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and able to lead by example.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred.
Valid UK driving licence is essential.
