As a Lounge Waiter, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. From welcoming arrivals to delivering attentive, knowledgeable service, you will ensure every interaction reflects Nobu’s standards and values. With an intuitive approach and a genuine smile, you will help guests feel relaxed, understood and cared for throughout their time with us.
You will- Create exceptional dining experiences for guests in the Lounge
- Greet guests warmly and communicate clearly to ensure seamless service
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food and drink menus, including allergens and dietary requirements
- Confidently explain Nobu food and beverage concepts and make thoughtful recommendations
- Read tables and anticipate guest needs, tailoring service accordingly
- Take and deliver orders accurately, coordinating closely with kitchen and bar teams
- Prepare and maintain tables and service stations to the highest standards
- Carry trays, plates and glassware safely and confidently
- Assist with barista duties when required
- Handle payments accurately and close tables correctly
- Empower yourself to resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate where needed
- Support and welcome new team members, contributing to a positive team culture
- Attend briefings and meetings, sharing ideas to enhance the guest journey
- Uphold all health, safety and company standards

You bring experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment. You are confident, personable and guest-focused, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and take pride in delivering service that feels effortless, genuine and memorable.
