We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Admin Assistant. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment to support our team of Executive Officers.
What you’ll be doing…
- Welcoming visitors and acting as a friendly first point of contact
- Coordinating guest visits, including meeting rooms, refreshments and parking arrangements
- Managing office stationery and refreshment ordering
- Supporting the Executive Officers with the organisation of conferences and away days, including booking venues and preparing resources

- Juggling multiple tasks and priorities with confidence
- Communicating clearly and professionally with a wide range of people
- Working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Paying close attention to detail
