Paramount Coordinator and Receptionist, Springcare Head Office, Whitchurch

Full-time, Permanent – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Due to company growth, we're now have a Paramount Coordinator and Receptionist role available our Head Office in Whitchurch. This role would suit someone looking to broaden their administrative skills, with opportunities to gain experience across recruitment, compliance, staff coordination, and reception.

The role:

As a Paramount Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, compliance, and staff coordination across our in house agency Paramount. Based at Head Office, this is a varied role which also includes reception duties and provides vital support to our homes across Cheshire, Shropshire and The Wirral.

Your responsibilities will include:

Advertising vacancies and supporting recruitment across Paramount
Completing right to work checks and ensuring compliance is in place before progressing applicants
Arranging interviews and supporting the full recruitment process through Reach
Coordinating new starters including DBS, system set up, uniforms, rota allocation and induction scheduling
Creating and maintaining staff profiles, ensuring all documentation and training is completed prior to starting
Uploading staff documents and certificates to internal systems including Fusion
Monitoring overseas staff documentation and highlighting expiry dates to the HR Advisor.
Supporting staff welfare initiatives such as drop-in sessions, quarterly meetings and staff surveys
Supporting the on-call process including maintaining contact lists and providing cover when required
Completing reception duties including answering calls, greeting visitors and handling post.
About you:

This role would suit someone looking to broaden their administrative skills, with opportunities to gain experience across recruitment, compliance, staff welfare and operational support.

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised and able to manage a busy workload
Confident working independently as well as part of a team
Friendly and professional, with strong communication skills
Competent using IT systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Flexible and willing to support colleagues across the Operations Team when required
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
A full UK driving licence holder with access to their own transport
