We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of engineering and maintenance projects. You’ll play a key role in coordinating jobs, supporting Contract Managers and engineers, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinate scheduling, resources, engineers, subcontractors, and logistics
Manage job set-up, tracking, and handover using internal systems
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
Prepare quotations, reports, and contract documentation
Support compliance, training coordination, and fleet administration
Monitor planned maintenance schedules and engineer timesheets
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
What we’re looking for
Experience in contract support, project coordination, or administration
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with scheduling, client liaison, and internal systems
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems
Understanding of engineering, M&E, or facilities management (desirable)
